Another crazy weekend gone and done. Managed to get a lot of walking in, but didn’t have my pedometer on me. =(
My hair stopped falling out for three days, started falling out for another 3, and today, I think it’s stopped again. Whoo!….
I’m actually feeling really good this morning, and ready to tackle everything I need to do by Tuesday night.
Today’s agenda includes Blogilates Bikini Blasters, and, if I manage my time right, the gym.
Also making Samoas (I realize it’s not healthy, but I may post the recipe,) twice baked potatoes, and jerk chicken.
Breakfast this morning will be Bolthouse Farms Protein Chocolate shake blended with frozen strawberries. YUM!

I'm jumping on the bandwagon; I see so many people on tumblr that have totally transformed their bodies and I'm inspired. I have spent that last several years yo-yo-ing in part due to Grave's Disease and not having a thyroid. But why should that stop me from wanting to be in good health and great shape? I will beat my body through this!
HW: 220lbs (~2/12) CW: 198 (5/13/12) 1st GW: 160lbs (6/30/12) That means just over half a pound a day! I'm also using fitday.com to track my food, exercise and mood.
